2. What personal data we process and why

  • Contact form and enquiries – name, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: up to 12 months from the last communication unless a contract is concluded.
  • Newsletter – e-mail address. Purpose: sending news. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Retention: until consent is withdrawn.
  • Performance of a contract and invoicing – client identification and contact details. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Retention: as required by accounting and tax law (usually 10 years).

3. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may only be disclosed to processors who provide technical services for us: the web hosting and e-mail provider (Websupport s.r.o.), the analytics provider (Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics, only with your consent), the cookie consent tool provider (CookieYes Limited) and persons responsible for bookkeeping. We do not share data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be transferred to the USA in connection with Google services on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
